Online Learning Faculty Awards

Each year, Online Learning honors a select number of RIT faculty who utilize innovative technology to engage online learners and enhance the online learning experience at RIT.

To be eligible faculty are required to have taught at least one (1) fully online course during the last 4 quarters. Nominated faculty will be asked to respond to a set of questions on their teaching in an online environment. The Online Learning Instructional Design group will screen the applications and recommend finalists to a selection committee. After a competitive course review and critique process, a cash award of $1,000 will be presented to this award recipient.
