Description An examination of some of the main problems of social and political philosophy through an analysis, comparison and critical examination of various views concerning the natures of individuality and society, the relations between them and the dependence of one on the other. Part of the peace studies concentration; the philosophy concentration and minor; and may also be taken as an elective. (At least one prior course in philosophy, political science or sociology) Class 4, Credit 4 (offered at least once every two years)
Prerequisites At least one prior course in philosophy, political science or sociology.
